A fantastic stay at nhow Brussels Bloom! The hotel is modern, vibrant and full of character, with a really welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A great location for exploring Brussels too. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Coffee maker had a broken button so couldn't make coffee in the morning. Decor was kooky...an entire room in the style of a Jackson Pollack painting. My main issue was the overly perfumed lobby...gave me a headache.

Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants.

This place is set in a beautiful part of Brussels. If you walk a few minutes to Rue de congrés there's a lovely open vibrant square with bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the Brussels Nord train station that will take you direct to Bruges or Ghant. The hotels has spectacular views, we were on the 8th floor so we could see Atonium and views across the city. We travelled as two adults and a young child. When we initially got into the room there was only a super king bed. I'm not sure if they expected our child to sleep with us but we phoned reception to query this and someone arrived to set up a separate bed within minutes. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we were to ever return.
