The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Mixed experience overall. Large room, friendly staff, great breakfast But – room not ready at check in, while offered a hot drink we were then forgotten about, room thermostat was broken and kept heating the room ever warmer and the auto downlighters for the accessible room (we didn’t need an accessible room) kept waking everyone up each time someone got up to use the bathroom overnight.

The room at Moxy was large and the bed comfortable, The hotel itself has a lovely vibe - active and social without being too noisy. The area around has lots of restaurants but is away from the tourist crush around the Grand Place (which is about 20-25 mins walk away). It's also 4 stops from Gare du Midi so very easy for those who are on the train, in and out of Brussels. Would recommend.
