Beautiful, modern hotel with a warm, comfortable feel. Liked that they made the effort to eliminate plastic water bottles by offering a water fountain on each floor. It's close to the airport, but there's not much else close by.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The service was great - they were very helpful when we received a food delivery and thought we left something at the hotel. The only downsides were that there seemed to be a bit of a strange smell. Sort of fishy in the hallway and maybe chemical smell in the room. Not sure what it was but not pleasant. The breakfast was also a ridiculous cost - 30 euro - so we skipped it.

Excellent service. Problem was the booking was made after midnight. Consequently was the stay for the day after and not the present night! It has nothing to do with the hotel but it’s a setup problem with hotels.com.

Potentially a good hotel but still in the startup

The hotel is new and the rooms ave very beautiful and potentially comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff is hepfull. On the very negative side the heating in the room was terrible (too cold or too hot, no control possible) and at 6:00 a folse fire alarm went on and staied on for several long minutes. Last but not least the shuttle did not show up at the right time . It's a new hotel, I hope they can improve in the future, but for now ...

This was a great choice to be close to the airport for my flight out of Brussels. Check in and out was very easy. The airport shuttle does wind around before you get to the terminal but it does get you there. The room was comfortable and the bed especially so. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but after the great dinner I was not especially hungry. I would absolutely stay there again.

Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut. Allerdings hat mich Früstuck ein wenig enttäuscht. Zu diesem Preis erwarte ich etwas besseres Qualität. Waffeln, Pastehie oder diewerse Keksen sind so was von Trocken. Was mich bei dem Hotel enttäuscht hat, das ich mich als Mensch ser zweite Klasse gefühlt. Ich bekommen keinen Mantel auf Zimmer, weil ich nur ein Reguläres Zimmer gebucht hat und man verlangt noch 50 Euro Kaution. Man fühlt sich irgendwie unwohl dabei

Escogí este hotel por la cercanía al aeropuerto. Llegábamos en un vuelo a última hora e la noche, ofrecían transfer gratuito, a pesar de ser tarde nos organizaron un transporte. Todo está nuevo e impecable. No me gustó mucho que nos dieron una habitación para personas de movilidad reducida cuando no la necesitamos y la ducha era un poco incómoda. Tampoco pudimos disfrutar del restaurante porque cierra pronto y el desayuno era muy costoso y decidimos no hacerlo. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Repetiria
