A really lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and was only a minute walk from the Christmas market which was perfect for us. I will recommend to others and would definitely go back again.

Kind staff, but the hotel didn't meet my expectations for such a highly rated boutique hotel. Lots of small things: the fridge in the room didn't work; no one was at reception and I had to wander around and find someone in order to check in; hotels.com had promised me a free bottle of wine but they had run out... This was more of a cute, affordable local hotel. Great location.

I have come back again to this small, trendy hotel in a pretty and quiet section of the old town, steps away from the metro. Service is young, relaxed and overall efficient, a very decent breakfast is included for everyone. In February this was very high value for money. Suggestion: some parts start showing signs of disrepair, upkeeping may be needed. Elevator also slightly unreliable.

This little boutique hotel was close enough to the grand palace, but far enough away from the noise. My family stayed in the family room, which is located above and off to the side of the breakfast area so every morning we would wake up to the aroma of waffles. They had a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from. There was baked goods, fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses, cold cereal, hot cereal, eggs, bacon and of course, the waffles. They also had an espresso machine that made your favourite coffee. They had juices and yogurt as well. The grand Palace area was only a 10 minute walk. The metro station was about a three minute walk. If you wanted to go to atomium or the Neuhaus factory outlet it is only 20 to 30 minute metro ride/walk to get there. Bruges was 50 to 60 minute metro/IC train ride. We walked around town and took a boat tour on the canal. We had lunch and made our way back to Brussels. We didn’t go to Ghant, but was told it was a smaller version on Bruges. Less busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this little place to stay at. Who wouldn’t want to be woken up by the smell of waffles. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice, but didn’t really offer any info for the surrounding area at check in unless asked. That is really my only complaint.

Es como hotel boutique, chico , sin elevador ni nada . El cuarto amplio , limpio, lo que no nos gustó es que la regadera no tiene. Puerta ni nada entonces era incómodo bañarse porque tienes que decirles a los demás que se acuesten y volteen mientras te bañas , a mi me tocó un cuarto allá atrás de la cocina , el cuarto lindo pero complicado subir con maletas . Hotel Muy bien ubicado , el desayuno es a las 730 a nosotros que teniamos que salir temprano pues no nos funcionaba tanto . Creo que es caro para lo que es y lo que ofrece pero está lindo, había unos holiday inn e ibis cerca la verdad nunca cotice pero creo que hubiera preferido quedarme en uno de esos.
