The building is right in front the central train station. It is some old and need maintenance but is enough for the price. Rooms have good space. Need more cleaning as all in Europe

This hotel is conveniently located in front of the Brussels midi station. You can hop on the train/metro within 2 minutes walking distance. It made it extremely easy to explore Brussels as a first time visitor. They offer laundry services for free, felt extremely safe because you need a hotel room key to access anything inside (ex: the elevator, the bathrooms) In addition, the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Different foods & drinks were provided and it was included. They even have storage lockers if needed if you would like to continue exploring Brussels after checking out of your room. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. We heard the breakfast is amazing but for 20 euros a person this was more than we were willing to spend. Also the area Brussels Midi is not a good area, directly across from the train station and very sketchy and lots of homeless and people on drugs. We didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Also very dirty, lots of littering in the streets.

Premium room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and quiet. The room’s decor was a bit dated tiny TV, and bathroom a bit tired. However made up by the friendly staff, and a bar that was open late for food which was appreciated as we arrived much later than planned thanks to German trains!

Their aircon is maximized on the lowest setting, but it's still not cold. Cup for coffee or tea not washed with stain. Staff are nice. We complaint about the aircon they give us an electric fan.

It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way.

The carpets need to go. Old and not very clean. I have allergies and needless to say the entire stay my throat was flared. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was descent. We unfortunately had a room on the first floor which was loud. A/c was barely functional. It worked but the room was never comfortable during the heat wave. The hotel is dated, needs a bit of a lift. We ate at the restaurant on our last day and the food wasn't great, I had mushroom and chicken risotto 3 tiny squares if chicken and my risotto was still hard. My daughter had the spaghetti Bolognese, which was ok. If in a pinch I'd eat there, but not as a choice.
