Older hotel kept up quite well. Decent breakfast and quiet enough for a good sleep. Staff in reception explained which public bus to take to get to the airport the next day. That was kind and really helpful.

Comfortable stay !

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord.

The room was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall. However, the mattresses were poor and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, greatly improving the experience.

Came a few days for a conference in a nearby hotel that was more expensive. Exceeded my (moderate) expectations. The chain is in general quite predictable though. Train station is convenient bit quite far away. No commerce, no restaurant at reasonable distance. Walked to downtown but not a great walk.
