Lovely property. Kind and helpful staff. Cute welcome gifts. Mid-day waffles were amazing at the on site cafe. Downside: we were there over a weekend and the street is very noisy with people and vehicles all hours of the night.

Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately.

Le Louise is a hotel to enjoy. It is located in an upper level shopping area (Cartier, Hermes, Nike, etc., etc.) and maintains that level of excellence throughout the hotel. The roos are spacious, cool and clean. The breakfast is first rate, especially the coffee (!) and the bar/restaurant has the nicest anhd funniest staff. Loved every minute there!

The room was clean and well set up, with good air conditioning. Breakfast had good options to choose from. The afternoon 2-6pm snacks were great too. Availability of coffee 24 hrs was a great touch! Overall a great experience. They do provide drinking water in the room, which is great too.

4.5 ⭐️ We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Louise Hotel Brussels – MGallery. The location was one of the biggest highlights: close to the luxury shopping streets and stores around Avenue Louise/Toison d’Or, while still being within an enjoyable walking distance of Brussels’ old town. It was also convenient for getting to Brussels-Midi, which made our day trips very easy. Our room felt spacious and comfortable, especially compared with many European city hotels. The small sofa and table setup made a real difference and made the room feel suitable for a longer stay rather than just somewhere to sleep. We had enough room for our luggage without feeling crowded. The main negatives were fairly minor. The elevators are small, so they can feel tight with luggage. We also found the breakfast pricing/options a little confusing and inconsistent between what was shown through Expedia and what was quoted at the hotel. The breakfast itself was enjoyable, but the pricing structure could be communicated more clearly. Overall, a very good stay: comfortable room, excellent location, convenient transport connections and a more spacious feel than we expected. I would happily stay here again, especially for a Brussels trip that includes shopping, sightseeing and day trips by train.
