Good breakfast. Very convineant location .just few seconds walk from bus metro and tram. However the rooms are small with poor infrastructure. No toiletries....except basic soap.

For the price it was a good hotel close to PT and IC train station I stayed 3 nights in a summer season no air conditioning that was awful do not recommend this place in summer season

Inexpensive and ok

The location was very convenient for my business trip. It’s an old hotel with small rooms and somewhat run down but it’s cheap! Very good breakfast included. It can be noisy and it’s in a part of town that is a bit sketchy. Staff is friendly.

Excellent location right by bus and metro service linking you to the entire country, North train station is only a 5 min walk away. Lots of sirens during the night, a hospital is nearby across the street, we walked outside day and night time never felt uncomfortable, late at night 11 midnight'ish KFC and McDonalds closes, there are several all night fries and convenience (including beer & wine) locations nearby. This is in the city in an old building; there is an elevator, don't expect American standards when it comes to room size etc The in-room coffee maker came in handy, room was cleaned daily Breakfast is available on the ground floor

The room was freezing as the radiators did not work. I had to request for a portable heater from the reception. The water from the hot water tap was cold in the mornings which made morning showers uncomfortable.

The only thing unfortunately there was a bad smell when you pop in the main entrance. It was quite unpleasant. Probably due to some problems of the pipes. Hopefully they will fix it as soon as possible. The rest was fine considering the 3 stars.

The property is in desperate need of some refurbishment and upgrading. The bathroom leaves much to desired with dirty tile grouting, a filthy shower curtain and a heavily damaged shower tray. Bedroom furniture is also very old and need of replacement. The property also seems to be frequented by very noisy clients. Finally, the wi-fi connection is very slow and therefore useless. The only positive was a decent breakfast.

Really Bad the only positive was the Young Guy and Lady who helped with bags and check in. After that I had 2 people knock on my door whilst showering, advising me I am in the wrong room and should leave to reception. Whilst I was naked. This is unacceptable. You give me a room and wrote it on the card 609. You never apologised for your incompetence and lack of respect. And your demands. Really bad. Old and dirty bed sheets. No point to complain as manager thinks he can speak to people with tone and attitude. Bad experience, not recommending.
