La camera era pressoché pulita, ma arrivava poca pressione d’acqua nella doccia, quindi per farsi una doccia ci mettevi un’ora. Il phon non funzionava bene abbiamo chiesto di cambiarlo e ci hanno risposto che dovevamo tenere premuto un bottone per farlo funzionare. Nella stanza non c’era il condizionatore per i riscaldamenti ma bensì una stufetta. La tv non funzionava. C’erano dei cuscini piccoli e scomodi. L’ultima notte ci hanno lasciato solo con un asciugamano e un telo doccia pulito anziché due. L’unico aspetto positivo è che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Bruxelles nord e 1 minuto dalla metro.

The hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was very local to the metro and Nord station. Had shops in walking distance. I was travelling solo so appreciated how safe the hotel felt, with needing a room key to enter the hotel and the floor for your room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and well equipped.

The room was uncomfortable, chilly and hot water is not available after morning. No room service for iron and slippers, we had to go down and get it. We didnt ask for housekeeping everyday due to security reasons (there is no safe) and asked for clean towels only- which never came.

Friendly and very interesting hotel

This is an old hotel full of character. Our room was small but comfortable. I liked the ambience and the staff at reception were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Nonostante fossimo ancora a marzo la camera era veramente troppo calda, il termosifone era rovente h24 e la termovalvola di regolazione era rotta, quindi anche regolandola su zero la temperatura non si abbassava e bisognava tenere le finestre aperte per respirare. La luce del lampadario era talmente fioca che dopo il tramonto era quasi impossibile vedere nella stanza, se non accendendo le luci sulla testata del letto.

Quarto pequeno e com carpete decepcionou

Razoável, não recomendaria. O quarto era muito pequeno, não conseguimos cama de casal, somente de solteiro, além de ter um carpete muito sujo. Não tinha frigobar, nem secador de cabelos e o box do banheiro minúsculo. A entrada do hotel é bonita, a localização é boa, mas não voltaria a me hospedar.

Magnifica opción para alojarte si no requieres de lujo o modernidad. Tiene los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Buenas camas, con almohadones (2). Baño (el nuestro) moderno con ducha. Muy bien comunicado a 15 minutos andando del centro pero con metro y buses muy cerca. A pocos minutos andando de la estación de trenes de Bruselas Norte. Por lo que hace mucho mas atractivo la comunicación con el resto de ciudades para ir a visitar. Nosotros (pareja) hemos quedado encantados. Puedes dejar el equipaje en una habitación (consigna) para aprovechar el último día si es posible. Si con lo necesario tienes suficiente, éste hotel es muy recomendable. Magnífica experiencia. Gracias.

20min del centro.

Ubicación excelente. Hab triple espaciosa. Cerca estación tren y metro y supermercado. Un plus tener cafetera en la habitación. El baño estaria bien si tuviera otro tipo de iluminación, muy oscuro para maquillaje y afeitado.
