Great location near the old town and good transport links. Wonderful staff, they were so helpful in planning out our day trips and always with a smile. Nice and clean hotel. I do recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Brussels.

It was a great hotel. Very walkable to the attractions, close to a train station. Breakfast was great but if you stay more than 3 days you get tired of it because they serve the same things everyday. So you will get tired of us I g the same everyday for breakfast . But overall it was great!!

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Beds were very comfy, Hotels was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly enough- however we requested 1 extra pillow as I hve trouble with my neck but the request was ignored, we were told one would be sent up and it never arrived, on questioning what happened we were told that ‘there most probably were none to spare’ but we could have been informed of this The shower and bathroom again were very clean the only issue was the water pressure- it was extremely low. On the whole a pleasant stay and a very convenient location

They gave me two vouchers for welcome drinks at check-in which was a nice surprise. Room is very basic and there’s no phone in the room. The bed is two small beds connected together with a big crack in the middle under the sheet. I felt like I was sleeping on a very small bed and the cover was very small too, which just fit the small bed. The location is convenient: two stops from the airport and one stop to the Central station in the city center by train. Breakfast was good except the chopped fruits, which didn’t taste very good.
