The staffs were amazing!! They were very kind to accept our request to add the breakfast to our stay. Amazing mouthwatering cookies as a welcome gift upon arrival. The staff Noemi was super helpful. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave us so many helpful tips and names of the restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. All the other staffs were also very kind and friendly.

There was a cold air vent in the room that the staff couldn't turn off. The temperature outside was a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius, but the room was freezing cold. Instead of turning it off, they explained it was fresh air. I caught a cold, and my throat, sinuses, and head hurt, and I had a runny nose. The inability to turn off this cold air vent completely disqualifies this hotel for me.

We stayed with my family for a holiday, it is a hotel close to the center and public transportation. It is clean but the comfort of the rooms is very low, many of the standard needs are not in the room. The breakfast is quite poor, the restaurant staff is not good.

Beautiful holiday decorations and the arrangements by the front desk of roses with eucalyptus and pine were so perfect (had to touch them to see if they were real)! Took a picture of them to remember how stunning the lobby look when we stepped into the hotel. Very amazing staff handed us warm cookies too which were so delicious. Wonderful place to stay!
