The staff was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. The room, while a bit small, was very clean; the bed was excellent; the kitchenette was in great condition and adequately stocked; the bathtub was a beautiful soaking tub; and the free coffee in the morning was a real plus. The location was also great, close to everything but far enough away to be pretty peaceful. We stayed for a week and would return!

Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property.

Basic hotel. A slight odor in the room every time I entered. I didn’t notice it while in the room but was a bit off-putting. Tried contacting property ahead of time to arrange parking via the Expedia app but got no response - could be the fault of Expedia or the hotel…Ultimately, was able to park at the property’s garage, which was helpful. Good location.

Good solid accommodation, not luxurious but everything you need. Bed comfortable, sofa beds ok. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Booked through Expedia and negative was they ignored all messages. You had to telephone for any contact. Also, you couldn’t book their parking in advance so basically it wasn’t available.

Excellent location, modern & clea reception area, the gentleman that checked me in with curly hair was friendly however, the other man not so much. When I lett my case behind he handed me the tag to put on my case, I wasn't sure how to do it & he seemed irritated to come around & help with it. The room was very clean but in need of some refreshments, especially the bathroom. The toilet bowl had yellow stains probably from a leak from the tank. The bathtub edge along the floor was also worn out. Adding a box of tissues in the room would also be good. There was a smell from the foods that had previously been cooked. Airing out the rooms when vacant & using fresh air freshners would help make it more inviting. My TV didn't connect to the internet, when I used the chatting service my message was read but not replied to. I then asked for help at the reception & one of the guys came up but was unable to get it working. Even though the location is great with 2 beautiful churches close by, I wouldn't stay here again based on this trip.

Pleasant stay, close location. Will stay again. Parking is good for medium size suv though getting in and out of parking garage is abit tight but manageable. Very good security in parking and walk in entrance to reception which can only be accessed by guests.
