Room 13 was nice, very comfortable, with comfy bed. Hotel with good location and close to Grand Place. Breakfast was very good. Definitely come back to hotel in the future

Nice design, size, and layout. Two WCs and AC are nice. Right in the middle of the tourist shopping area if you like that. Weak wifi, streaming failed a couple of times. Minimal kitchen set up, not enough to really cook anything. Parts of unit were not cleaned properly beyond superficiel.

The aparthotel is okay. It is run down and not in the best area. We stayed one day and left. Unfortunately, the reservation was non-refundable, so we lost the balance of the stay. It was worthwhile to move on to another location. There is no staff, so no one to assist if you are looking for that.

Xmas Market Weekend Stay

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 2 min walk to Grand Palace and near great restaurants and pubs. The apartment had all the required amenities and very spacious. Could not fault it, would definitely stay here if coming back to Brussels. Just needed a few more pillows! 8.5/10

The room was very big and comfortable especially for the price and the location was excellent right in the middle of everything. Really good value for money. I was originally a bit nervous as they ask for a deposit and town tax via email as they have no one at the actual property. They provide you with a check in code. After some back on forth with expedia confirming it was ok to give them my card details, I did. After our stay the money was returned immediately so it was all ok. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, but no service on site to accommodate us with our luggage before the check-in time, despite the fact that we asked in advance a specific question on this matter and that we got an answer from the administration that told us the exact opposite.

The service was up to standard and very responsive but the appartment had a strong pungent smell, the matress was very hard, room was extreemly cold and suspect I had the company of bed bugs or tics…not a good experience at all. Wouldn’t recommend

Great location, apartment not so good.

Fantastic location, steps away from amazing restaurants and the grand place. Walking distance to the museums and also the lively district where the European Parliament is located.Check in fine. Apartment a disappointment. No window in the bedroom. Window in lounge area looked out onto other rooms on all sides so absolutely no view of anything plus we had to keep curtains closed for privacy at all times. We had planned to have breakfast in the apartment but didn’t do this due to lack of natural light in the kitchen area. Also no room cleaning/towel exchange during our 3 day stay. Internal walls must be quite thin as you can hear what is going on in the neighbouring apartment, particularly noise from toilet flushing and showering.Other rooms may be better but for me next time I would stay in a hotel (for a similar if not a cheaper price)

Établissement situé au cœur de Bruxelles, idéalement situé pour découvrir la Grande Place et tout le secteur environnant. La propreté laisse par contre à désirer; la peinture devrait être refaite; les matelas changés; lumières changées (elles ne fonctionnent pas toutes). Nous avons dû changer d’appartement, à cause d’une infestation de fourmis dans celui que l’on avait. Les appartements de rechange, bien que situés au rez-de-chaussée, étaient très silencieux et un peu plus confortables.

Großes Zimmer und eine sehr gute Lage. Der Grand Place und Verzehrmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Hätte ich allerdings vor dem Aufenthalt wahrgenommen, dass das Hotel ohne Rezeption ist, hätte ich die Zimmer nicht gebucht. Das Einckecken ist zwar relativ einfach, aber wir hatten dann doch gleich das Problem, dass der Kartenleser im Zimmer meiner Mutter nicht funktionierte. Da es nach 17 Uhr war, gab es keine Kontaktmöglichkeit mehr. Irgendwann haben wir den Kartenleser hinbekommen. Aber ohne Ansprechpartner ist es sehr unglücklich.Die Zimmer waren groß, aber haben auch schon ein paar Tage hinter sich.
