Although advertised as a boutique hotel, this hotel was merely small. Very airport hotel vibe. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The only useable charging port was near the door by the baseboard. A decent place to stay if no expectation of character

The hotel itself along with the staff are excellent. Nicely located near Grand Place with 100's of food and shopping options, including grocery stores and CHOCOLATE! The staff were all phenomenal, from the concierge/front desk greeting us thr first morning to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The only thing I dinged the amenities for was that there unfortunately was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room which made getting food all at once not practical to limit the number of trips out for snacks/drinks. Other than that, would very higly recommend and stay here again.
