The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the comfortable bed and air conditioning. For us it was walking distance to anything we wanted to see including Grand Place. It was also close to the train station so that was a bonus. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Pablo, the receptionist, was super kind in helping me navigate the city of Brussels. When it was time for me to leave, he left his post and helped me carry my heavy luggage down the stairs of the metro entrance. I had the room with a balcony which I enjoyed immensely.

Nice botique hotel , large clean room even for 2 suitcases plus 2 carry ons, pleasant staff , free coffee , close to bus / tram stops and Gare Central ( train station for travel to Bruges and Gent ) , easy walk to the Grand place and gallery with numerous restaurants and chocolate shops. Nice amenities. Excellent breakfast. Hallway carpet had some minor stains but not a deal breaker. Elevator slow at times but just a minor issue .

I stayed at the hotel during a business trip to Brussels and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The staff at the reception gave me a warm and professional welcome, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and fresh options. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its excellent location, right in the city center, with both the metro and Brussels Central Station just a short walk away.

A great location close to transit and to the historic sights of Brussels. There is construction around the hotel but no noise. The hotel smells wonderful, provides lovely coffee, tea and biscoff cookies. The breakfast is good too. The room was large with a nice street view and had good amenities. Highly recommend!
