The property is in a nice location. Some spider webs and were found in the room and the bathroom had a spider. The AC never worked and the floor could've used a sweep (there was a nail clipping by the terrace window). Overall facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was nice

Pretty views

The hotel is very cute, there’s a good amount of parking spaces and the lake views are stunning from some rooms. The building itself is a little tired and could use a nice refresh. The reception as a space is a little confusing as is marked with a different hotel name (?) so I thought I was in the wrong place at first. But the staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful with tips and advice. Maybe the most uncomfortable feature of the room was the shower with no glass/door so there was no way of NOT flooding the floor even with a quick shower. Location is very convenient for lake access and the area is just pretty all around. I would go back if I found a good deal and could book a lake view room again.

Hotel claims to be a 4 star yet it is more of a 1.5 star if that . Pool was dirty , staff have no idea what they are doing and claim the hotel is “changing” to a different one . Rooms are outdated and AC does not work . No restaurants around the area that are worth going to .

Schönes Eckzimmer mit großem Bad (Dusche, 2 Waschbecken, Toilette und Bidet) und Klimaanlage. Alles sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Fensterladen fehlte ganz, die Ladenverschlüsse waren abgebrochen, hat uns aber nicht wirklich eingeschränkt. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Schöner kleiner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Frühstücksbuffet lecker u. reichhaltig, mit Rührei, Speck und Grillgemüse, div. Kuchen und "Dolce" sowie Müsli, Joghurt etc. Zimmerpreise relativ hoch, grade noch vertretbar. Absolutes Plus: Die WM-Spiele wurden auf einem Riesenfernseher auf der Restaurant-Terrasse übertragen :-)

En genuint äkta Italiensk pärla lite halvgömd i byn Brusimpiano. Så mysigt med en lobby att hänga i. Frukosten var fantastisk! Fräsch och Italian style med caprese, avokado och en massa annat gott. Vi vill gärna återvända hit för att stanna flera nätter och ta vara på den fantastiska miljön längs sjön Lake Lugano. Fantastiskt trevlig personal!
