My stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. I was only there for 24 hours, but within those 24 hours, I was helped a lot, my questions were answered, and no one had an attitude. I also received points for my Hilton rewards. The beach was literally behind my hotel if I am going back to Jekyll Island, this is where I’m staying again.

I had a previous stay here in April and it was fabulous. This time upon check in it took 3 room moves before we were placed into the room originally reserved. Staff was helpful and assured me I would be reimbursed for a nights stay due to the problems. The hotel is wonderful, location is perfect, amenities are good, fun little bar area. My stay was in mid-July and I have yet to hear back from the hotel as to my refund, hence the 3 stars.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Jekyll and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options. Perfect location and exceptional value for money. I will definitely be returning!

This was a stay reserved and paid for by me for a guest arriving a day later than my husband and I who were also staying at this property. The morning of check in for this room I went to the front desk to get the keys and room for the guest who would be coming and was told that I had cancelled the reservation. After showing the desk staff multiple types of verification that I had not cancelled the booking another staff member came out and told the employee who was insisting I had cancelled the reservation that she had been the one to cancel it in error the previous day. I was assured that reimbursement would be applied to my account but have not seen it yet. The hotel is truly a wonderful, clean, convenient property but this particular stay was frustrating due to the many issues with my reservations.

Great location, right on the beach, quiet and safe, nice pool area, bike and beach gear rentas, cose to dining. The rooms are spacious with good bedding. Had an issue checking in regarding my room choices, but it was resolved next AM by very professional and friendly staff (Sarah). Good daily hot breakfast and a restaurant, with friendly staff, on site as well. Typically good price point. I have been there multiple times and planning to be back.
