The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very dark for sleeping without light penetrating the curtains or the door, and the room was very quiet. We were able to make the room very cold and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. We made use of the microwave and refrigerator after bringing back restaurant leftovers a couple times. The included breakfast is always a nice touch. I wake up hungry and don't like to try to figure out where I'm going to find breakfast out in town. The food was fresh and cold or hot as it should be. This hotel checked all the boxes and contributed to making our short getaway hassle-free.

Great location, right on the beach, quiet and safe, nice pool area, bike and beach gear rentas, cose to dining. The rooms are spacious with good bedding. Had an issue checking in regarding my room choices, but it was resolved next AM by very professional and friendly staff (Sarah). Good daily hot breakfast and a restaurant, with friendly staff, on site as well. Typically good price point. I have been there multiple times and planning to be back.

Staff was very helpful. Would have liked a list of offered amenities...things like beach towels were available, but I only found out by chance. Breakfast was OK, but not great. Holiday weekend really overloaded the breakfast service. Room was clean and comfortable. The lack of dresser drawers was a surprise, but that could have been the room selected.

We loved pur stay at the Hampton Inn at Jekyll Island! The property was very nice and we loved the beach access. The boardwalk down to the beach was like a mini naturewalk through the woods and the beach was great. We loved that we could rent bikes right there at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was large with a great variety of food to chose from. The lady who was working stocking, cleaning, etc truly did a fantastic job!! She was great about keeping things stocked proactively, helping people with the waffle maker, and never stood still more than a minute. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Jekyll Island!

This was our second stay and won’t be our last. Welcoming staff, beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub; and my favorites, waffles and all day coffee!!! Brought the dog this time, he loved it too. Pet friendly but you’d never know there was a dog there before you. Very clean. Every member of the staff spoke to or greeted us every time we saw them. Very professional. We’ll be back again, hopefully soon.
