If I could leave this place 0 stars I would ! These reviews don’t lie , these people seem to hate their job, so rude and condescending, has you questioning why they would be in hospitality if they hate it this much ? Seriously do not bother with this place ! The electricity went out not once but twice on our first night here , we called the “emergency “ number and the cranky old man hung up on us ? And did not even bother to listen to us telling him the electricity had gone out, if we had gotten even a little later we would have stayed outside in the heat and they wouldn’t have even cared. They finally fixed it until an hour later.additionally at the beginning of our stay the lady said they did a cleaning policy of one day yes and one day no, we stayed 3 nights and never did they clean the room. Honestly so disappointing , never coming here again !

Lovely views but…….,

Fantastic views from hotel room and very convenient for the funicular. On downside the staff were rushed off their feet and my partner dubbed it the “do it yourself” hotel as our room wasn’t cleaned, we had to go to bar to collect coffee and cutlery at breakfast. The bottle of Prosecco we were given when we left would have been a lovely touch if we weren’t flying home with no checked luggage- it would have meant more on arrival!

Storslået udsigt

Fremragende beliggenhed med en fantastisk udsigt. Hotellet er dog vanskeligt tilgængeligt. Vejen derop er smal og masser af hårnålesving med kraftig stigning. Køkkenet var stort set lukket men de ville lave en pizza dog senest kl. 1900. Pænt værelse med en storslået udsigt over Comosøen.

Es war sauber, ruhig und günstig. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war schön: auf das gegenüber liegende Seeufer. Die Zufahrt zum Ort ist sehr kurvenreich und Parkplätze sind rar und schmal, das Hotelpersonal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und es fand sich immer eine Lösung.

Meget varm og lidt trist oplevelse

Vores værelse (familieværelse til 4) havde ikke balkon el. Lign., der var ingen aircondition og ekstremt lydt. Dog søde mennesker og et roligt og hyggeligt lokalområde.
