Great location in the heart of Bruges a boutique hotel that offers charming facilities with very good standard and personal attentive service. Excellent extensive breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices served in a lovely dining room using quaint delicate crockery. We felt the Terrace area on the side of the canal was spoilt somewhat by the co-location of tourist boats and lines of tourists waiting to embark. Overall a very nice experience if a little overly expensive for what is on offer!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Bruges. Fantastic staff who were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was servedd in a lovely setting and plenty of choice. Drinks in the lounge by the fire was a small part of the day we looked forward to. An old building so do not expect huge bedrooms but very comfortable beds.

Everyone was so friendly. Hotel was decorated beautifully. Perfect location, very safe and we were offered our choice of rooms although we were very early for check in. Must stay in Bruges!

Everything was wonderful but the bathtub and sink kept clogging up and wouldn’t drain. We only stayed one night but let the front desk know. Otherwise a great stay.

We just stayed at Hotel de Orangerie in July 2024. The hotel was in a great location right on a canal. Even though the area was busy the hotel was calm and quiet. The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff. They were all so nice and helpful with ideas or directions. The breakfast was also great. Would stay here again.

Fabulous boutique style hotel in the most perfect location in Bruges. Staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were very well decorated, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented with plenty of choice and cute little touches. We couldn’t really fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.
