We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Large room with kingsize bed and single bed. Very clean and comfortable. The room had a small fridge. The bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bath with a shower attachment. It was lovely to have a large mirror and a double sink too. Only thing that let the room down was that the shower door was missing and as a result area around shower was being affected by the water.

Room was in terrible shape- marks all over the carpets and walls, tv didn’t work, tiny window which faced a brick wall and the bathroom window facing directly into someone else’s window with no blind. Our friends stayed there too and lived their room, had a balcony and lots of natural light and a working tv- we paid the same amount of money as them, I booked both at the same time. Asked to move to a similar room and was refused. Good location, good shower.

It was close to many architectural buildings to see. So many food options to choose from. It was a short walk from the central station. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front counter staff were very helpful and knew the area well.

Faulty Towers without the comedy

There was no shower door. The floor was sopping wet long after use. The peeling linoleum floor added to the tiredness of the room, as did the use of what appeared to be second hand office furniture to furnish the room.cleaning seemed to consist of emptying the bins, beds not made up. The location is great though.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all the key attractions. However the hotel, is terrible. The hotel smells of sewage and so do the rooms: There is no fridge, kettle or iron in the room. The safe is not secure and will not lock. The basin in not inside the toilet and you have to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands. The shower is an open shower and with a flimsy shower curtain.

Great hotel. Great location.

Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel.

It’ll do!

The glass shower wall was not connected at the tub, so it leaked everywhere. The two twins making up the single bed did not meet, and there was a sizable crack. Location was great, very walkable. Front desk lady was very kind and gave lots of restaurant recommendations.

The horel is situated ten minute walk to the train station. And easy walk to centre. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. We didnt eat here so cannot comment. Receptionist a young girl friendky helpful answered our questions would definitely recommend and stay here again

Great location. The room we got was nice and specious. Bed was really comfortable. AC didn’t really work but there was a fun in the room so that was enough for us since it wasn’t really hot. If you’re coming with someone with reduced mobility inform them since inside hotel there can be a lot of stairs depending where your room is located.

The hotel is located around the edge of the city center and is very easy to access the city center: 5 min for Saint Salvators Kathedraal and 10 min for Belfort. My room did not have an air conditioner so that you may feel hot on sunny summer days.

The hotel was nice, clean, comfy and some of the best parts were the view, the buffet for breakfast (for an extra cost but very convinient) and the bathtub. Unfortunately, our arrival definitely set the tone for the rest of our stay, although there were 2 people in the front desk, and they noticed our arrival, none of them welcomed us, in fact, they were loudly talking to another staff member upstairs so we waited a few minutes before they would talk to us. This was a bit rude, we felt ignored as if we were an inconvenient, the rest of the interaction wasn’t friendly.
