The hotel was lovely and the breakfast each morning was excellent. However, the room wasn't cleaned properly, with towels being left on the window sill and dust on surfaces. Location wise the hotel is great for exploring Bruges

The hotel itself felt cosy and stylish, and it was such a nice place to come back to after a busy day out. It had that calm boutique feel rather than feeling busy or impersonal.
