Originally built in the 12th century as the chapel of the residence of the Count of Flanders, the church houses a venerated relic of the Holy Blood allegedly collected by Joseph of Arimathea and brought from the Holy Land by Thierry of Alsace, Count of Flanders. This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical! Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A stunning property, one of the most photographed point in bruges. Staff were superb, all so helpful. Loved the rooms, plenty of space and the breakfast was great too. Will definitely come back, a superb place.
