Lovely modern room. Bathroom modern , spacious and clean. Cleaning staff excellent So close to everything. Parking is in parking lot. (12 euro) a day. Not far from hotel.

Great experience- avoid the heatwaves though!

Fantastic location, very scenic, basic breakfast but a lovely very old restaurant on the canal. The attic room was like a sauna in the heatwave we had while we were there with only a clapped out fan to cool down with.

Excellent place to stay, lovely room and a great location for city centre.. can't speak highly enough off the place.. lovely cellar bar that was so relaxing.. definitely be heading back there later in the year...

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were large and had a great view. Its an old building so no A/C. There is an elevator but there are steps to get to it. Not a problem for my party but may be for some. Very centrally located. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

At this hotel you are close to all the tours, shopping and restaurants. The hotel bar is lovely and a great bartender. We had the economy room, so it was a bit small but it is what we expected. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent with lots of options. The lady running the breakfast was very friendly. We would stay again.

Brilliant location for a city break, right in the heart of Bruges, very near the Christmas fayre, boat and horse trips. Breakfast was a bit basic but was ok, lovely staff each morning

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an awesome view from our room of the canal and staff was very friendly. This hotel is located in the heart of everything which made walking easy. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. Absolutely loved our stay in Bruges!

We had a great view of the canal in our spacious room. Very clean and comfy bed. The staff were just lovely and helpful. Good breakfast also with a view of the canal. Super location in this very walkable old part of the city with so much to see and do, or eat drink or shop if you wished. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location for sight seeing. Rooms rather basic, no air-con and it was hot but they did provide a fan. Beware of bringing a car to hotel off the low vehicle zone, must register your car and provide hotel receipt/booking to get permission.

We daughter and I found the hotel to be just what we needed - a safe, quiet, centrally located place to stay. The hotel is going through some massive renovations so there are some twists and turns within the hotel corridors to get where you need to go! Adds to the charm I guess! The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. It backed up to a canal so we had cute views too.

Stay in the heart of Bruges

Perfectly appointed hotel in the middle of Bruges, within minutes of everything this beautiful medieval city has to offer! About a 15 minute walk from the train station over cobblestone streets. We had a small room on the third floor which you can walk up to or use the small elevator which fit both of us and our carryon rollling luggage. Sadly, we didn't get a room overlooking the canal but we did look out to one of the hotels which was used in the movie, "In Bruges"! The heated towel rack was non-functional, but it was a non-issue for our stay. This room was small but adequate for our needs.

When departing the elevator on floor zero and turning to the right, there is a small step up. The bottom of the step is recessed. My foot got caught in the recess and the top of the floor base. I was tripped up by my toes and fell to the floor.
