Staff were excellent. Nicole helped us arrange aa all day tour of Ypres area which saved us a lot of travel expense. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great place to stay!

Great stay for a couple of nights

Stayed in one of the cosy rooms - bigger than expected with good storage. Friendly staff. Bathroom had a strong drain smell but was otherwise clean and functional.

Nice hotel, but could do with updating

Really nice hotel in a quiet location, but still just a 5-7 minute walk to the main square. It is a little dated, but has an old charm to it. The staff there are really helpful and friendly.
