The hotel is at a very central location with a wonderful view of the bridge/canal. The breakfast was very pleasant with a view that I enjoyed a lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful - highly recommended.

Perfect location! I could easily walk to the main sights from the hotel. Anna was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient to get you started for the day. Even though it’s on a busy street with restaurants, I didn’t hear the noise from outside.

Amazing stay in a perfect location, in the heart of Bruges. Our room looked out on the square, others had a view of the canal. Very charming! Thoughtful staff and a very nice room. Restaurants and bars are right downstairs! Loved it.

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay at this hotel. It's location is excellent, and has a view of the lovey canal. Very spacious room and modern bathroom. You have to step into the bathtub to get a shower, and the tub bottom is very slippery, so watch out. The staff went out of her way to provide us an early breakfast do we could catch our train, and it was delicious. She also called a cab for us the night before. Such good service from her!

This hotel is in a lovely location right in the middle of the older part of the city, right on a canal, in a building that is a couple hundred years old, This has pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you are right in the old part of town, close to the sights and museums and in the thick of things. On the minus side, the nearest parking is 200m away and separately paid for, there are always crowds outside, and the building has some quirks, like squeaky floors & door hardware and there is no elevator and only a quite narrow stairwell to get your bags up and down. This hotel is not handicapped accessible! So take note. Breakfast was lovely in a room right on the canal surrounded by waterfowl and the medieval buildings, very pretty. Good value for money. Also note that it is very common that while there is no smoking inside, smokers frequently park themselves right outside the doors and the smoke enters the building. This is true all over the Netherlands, & Belgium. A very nice hotel in a great spot, just don't expect a modern Park Plaza.

I stayed in the junior suite, canal view, room 5 and it was wonderful. A corner room, canal view on both sides of the room and from the bathroom. The room was huge, with a full sitting area and the ability to sit on the window sills and overlook the canals and the canal boats and watch the swans was great. It is in a great location, so close to the main city square and multiple restaurants and the fish market. Breakfast was standard, good, but nothing special. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay again, especially in the same room.

Great location in the heart of Bruges. Easy walking distance to what you want. The breakfast was basic and the rooms were no frills. I would stay again, but there is no lift and the other guest I was with struggled being placed in the second floor. This wasn’t made clear when we booked.

The location of this hotel on the bend of a canal is unparalleled with amazing views and access to town centre Brugge. Kiki was a wonderful and helpful receptionist/hostess throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!
