An attractive hotel, modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was great. Given the high cost of hotels in Belgium, I considered the cost of this hotel to be reasonable, especially given the included breakfast. I would stay there again.

This was the 3rd stay here in 2 years. Very good hotel central for all visitors sights and shopping. Breakfast was great again and the hotel is excellent value for money. On site parking is always good so you don’t need to use the car at any point. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant, nothing was too much bother for them. We will continue to use this hotel for our stays in Bruges in future.

The hotel was located in a very good location. Everything was within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants, tea shops, cafes, shops nearby. The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful variety on offer. Our room was wonderfully spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a lovely courtyard area to sit out. There was only one negative and that was the housekeeping. Although, they did a great job, I felt that they took an age to get around to service the room. We went out at 10am and came back 5hrs later and housekeeping were still servicing the room. I would definitely stay/recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located in Bruges. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was great and so much choice, hot and cold food on offer and caters for gluten free dietary requirements.

Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of the main area. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. It has a car park which was ideal for us and driving to it was no problem to navigate. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. The room was spacious and warm with complementary toiletries and drinking water. No complaints at all - would highly recommend!
