Transformation en Best Western

Surprise à l'arrivée de constater le changement de l'hôtel devenu un Best Western. Nous n'avons pas été informés avant. Il n'y avait que 2 autres clients et nous deux. L'an dernier nous avions reçu un verre d'accueil. Ici, rien! Le bar est fermé ainsi que le restaurant. Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié vu les circonstances car le prix lui n'avait pas changé malgré le manque d'infrastructures disponibles. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était servi. Avec de la variété comme l'an dernier. Seuls les croissants et pains au chocolat laissaient à désirer. Pas assez cuits et pas du tout croustillants. Les verrines pour le dessert devraient être disposées dans un endroit réfrigérés. Pas de cappuccino.

Quadratisch, praktisch, gut

Das Zimmer war klein, aber hatte alles Notwendige. Die Dusche war großartig und das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es zum Parkplatz und zur Hauptstraße hinausging. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber praktisch.

Brüggen is een klein rustig dorp opgeven door mooie natuur met veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Het hotel is overal heel netjes, dat begint al op de riante parking. Er was een heel goed werkende en stille airconditioning, een nette badkamer... Alles was naar wens.

Dejlig morgenmad er det eneste positive

Morgenmaden var meget varieret og lækker. Det var det positive. Bestilte et værelse med 2 enkelt senge og oplyste i bestillingen at vi havde en lille hund med. Vi fik et værelse med lille dobbelt seng. Ned igen, hvor vi så fik et rigtigt værelse. Hotellet havde ikke reageret på forhånd at der bar et problem med 2 senge og hund samtidig. Det blev vi først gjort opmærksom på efter morgenmaden. Vinduet i værelset kunne ikke åbnes og ja det var meget generende også for os. Det skal det selvfølgelig kunne på et hundevenligt værelse. Under alle omstændigheder så sørg for at få et værelse med vindue der kan åbnes, natten var styg uden frisk luft.

Schwierig da wir nicht an einem normalen Tag kamen.Mit einem Club mit 100 Leuten, mit technischem Computerproblem……das Personal war überfordert aber es hat geklappt und der Chef war zum Glück da und gab klare Ansagen.Wuerde trotz alles normal testen

On check in our reservation could not be found and it was very uncomfortable- the chap said I can’t find you so there is no reservation even though I had confirmation with me which he saw. Eventually he agreed to give us a room - the worst room in the hotel - a single set up room - smallest and it smelt awful. ( we had paid for and booked an upgraded room) I went back to reception and had to demand the room we had paid for which we got. The next morning the lovely lady receptionist sorted us out and was lovely stating they were at fault and apologised but that’s it.

Große modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Fenster sind leider nicht zu öffnen, was für uns ungewohnt ist. Dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage.
