Scary situation

The bed was comfortable and the room was, ok. Only concern was that i got an a joining room. My door to the other room did not lock and the people in the room next to me were able to come in. Thank goodness my brother got that room.

The motel property, grounds and neighborhood have clearly seen better days. There is a pool, but I did not use it. My room was adequate with clean towels and sheets. The room has a microwave, small fridge, TV, some sort of safe that I didn't bother trying to use, and coffee maker. Breakfast served in the lobby area starts at 06:00. They offered toast and assorted jelly packs, packets of oatmeal, muffins, hardboiled eggs, juice packs, waffles and coffee. There's an HEB across the street if you want additional food. For the money, the motel was adequate.

Easy access off major highway. Major grocery store in walking distance. Walmart on other side of highway is easy access. Numerous places close by to eat. Staff are friendly and if anything needs to be addressed, it is done quickly. Movie theater close by.

Booking was quick and easy. Location! Several key stores very close, Walmart and H‑E‑B to start. Numerous others scatter along the highway. Access from main highway was very easy both ways. Management always greet us with a smile and remembers us from last trip. Room is always clean!
