Staff at check-in was unfriendly. Wouldn't give me my room, even though it was rented with my account, and I had the receipt for it! My wife's name was on the card used to reserve the room, so until her plane landed and she called front desk, my son and I were stuck waiting in parking lot. It shouldn't have been that difficult to get us checked in.

The hotel is fine - clean and nice employees. There is no airport shuttle which was the whole reason I chose this hotel. There were others closer to the airport, but I picked this hotel so I wouldn't have to pay for another taxi. Don't be fooled.... No shuttle!

I was suppose to have a King bed my entire stay and that didn't happen i paid for a king suite and didn't get that instead i got a queen suite that was handicap accessible not happy at all with my booking through Hotels.com cus you said you verified that i was getting a king suite

I had an emergency and had to book a stay here and Omg Rigo not sure if spelled correctly was so helpful. Went beyond my expectations for customer service 30/10. The room was super clean, the bed was plush and had all of the amenities they mentioned on the booking EXCEPT airport shuttle which was the main reason i booked there. Had to spend an additional $50 to reserve a Uber for the following morning n WASNT offered any type of discount or anything. The overnight guy was a lil grouchy but i only encountered him during check out. If n the area i would stay again

The only thing I have to complain about, is that the pipes are noisy and the AC unit is very noisy and located in the bedroom. I loved the bed; it was so comfortable. The room was clean, the kitchenette fully furnished with everything you could possibly need and a nice sized refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and even a small salad bar, in addition to the usual eggs and protein. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Place was convenient, there was plenty of shopping stores and restaurants and near the hotel are was quiet not to much noise from traffic, the only issue that I had was the remote for tv was missing and after requesting one , It never got brought up to me.
