Honestly it was a great experience, front desk was friendly, rooms are clean, spacious, AC works great, and parking was no issue. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay. I didn’t give 5 stars because parking lot is not the best. But great location, nice area to shop around and eat. Excellent place if you either return from or go to Mexico.

When we go to the hotel we had to wait 1 hour before someone can check us in. Then the day before I had called to make sure our reservation was confirmed and the person on the other side of the phone hanged up on me. Then I called back and she never answered again. But the manger Rene help us and the gentleman in the morning help us was great. The hotel room was not what we thought it would be. The doors in the restroom did not lock and the shower was very slippery. There was a lot more but I guess that the best we can get.
