The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and the continental breakfast is complete. We only had an issue with the shuttle; it is important that they specify the service hours, because we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle service but had to pay for a taxi since they didn't have a shuttle running at 6:00 AM.

The location is good. I stayed there 4 days and housekeeping did not show up once. When I checked in, both sheets and one towel had red makeup. I had to request toiletries to be replaced but towels and sheets were not changed. I get housekeeping isn't done as often as before but at least do it after the 3rd day of stay.
