Our shuttle driver was energetic and showed us places to eat and get supplies. We will call him "Speedy Gonzales"! Hot tub was great. Location for restaurants good.

There was blood on the sheets, no trash bag in bin, and had to do be our own housekeepers. Not to mention when i first stepped in the room it was so dusty as if it Hamtramck been cleaned for weeks. Other than that, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Wish the room was clean and still kept. Should have taken pictures but i just wanted to get rid of those dusty stained sheets.

Staff was the best part of making this hotel feel like a home while the Valley was flooding. A very stressful time here in the RGV while there was water up to our knees trying to get in and out of our home we stayed here for 3 nights until we could get back home and this whole staff went above and beyond to make everyone that i saw feel comfortable and happy. Thank you all from the front desk crew, service crew, laundry crew, maintenance crew, everyone you saved us all emotional tears for sure!
