This was a great option for visiting Glacier National Park. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was nice and the breakfast helped get the day started. Would recommend this hotel for a stay on the east side of the park.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent four-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay. Additionally, upon checking in, we noticed the bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand wash or shampoo. Even it was not refilled despite requesting for refill. On a positive note, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also visited the casino, which features slot machines and a nice small restaurant that we found to be quite good. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. However we stayed 4 nights and did not get any cleaning service. Had to leave the trash outside our room to be picked up and go to the front desk to get trash bags. We told them that our lotion and soap dispensers were broken but they did nothing. We had to personally go so down to get it. Everything was self service it seems like they were understaffed in their cleaning crew. Our room also was a bit dusty and the beds were well worn. We paid a lot of money for this room and was deeply disappointed. I wanted to stay in Browning and support businesses there, just wish they would clean our rooms at least every other day. Maybe another room was in better condition than ours. All in all the location was good, the rooms were very spacious, would have been fine if I didn’t pay as much as I did for a room that had zero service.
