Disgusting! There was blood on ALL of our sheets including the extra sheets for the pull-out couch. Management was not concerned nor did they do anything to fix the issue besides give me new sheets so I could make my own beds. I will NEVER stay here again.

We arrive late due to a delayed flight but check in was confusing bc we entered the Hilton side not realizing they were different building. We went in and out a few times during the day and the front desk women didn’t greet us once which I thought was odd but maybe that’s normal for Colorado

Excellent hotel overall. Clean. Good location with easy access to highways. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Clean, large pool. Friendly staff, but we had problems finding anyone working the front desk. There was almost never anyone there and we had issues with our room keys not working on 4 separate occasions. Pool is shared with the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn.

Most of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, when we had received the incorrect room several of the employees tried to fix the problem and for that I thank them. There was one Employee (Ksana) that was very rude and didnt seem to care about guest inconveniences and would just reply with "you need to go thru the 3rd party for the booking". Even raising her voice as to argue with me, someone like that should not be in a customer service position.

overall, excellent, will be back!

Very professional, very helpful and overall a comfortable stay. We will certainly use this facility again. Everyone was attentive and professional, and honestly exceptionally kind. The only issue was the comfort of the bed which was a bit stiff and bouncy.
