The rooms were somewhat clean, but they are in clear need of repairs and a thorough deep cleaning. I understand the property was recently purchased in January, and it does seem the new owner has been working hard to bring it back up to standard. Room smelled so bad i had to go buy room freshener, could feel springs in the mattress, pillows were like little balls stuffed in pillow cases, tv remote didn't work right, shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were empty, no hand towel or wash towel provided. Shelf in bathroom was rusty, it's a costal property. Staff was friendly.

Affordable stay in Brookings

Convenient location in brookings. Free parking. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Room was clean except stains on the white comforter. Bed could have been more comfortable but for the price you can’t beat it
