Stayed here for two nights room was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is in the room. There isn’t a magnifying mirror as ladies like these to do our makeup with them ,other than that complimentary tea coffee soft drinks crisps and chocolate was lovely to find in the room.

Utterly disappointed. The hotel had some plumbing issue and the rooms were stinking really badly. Changed rooms twice and all three rooms had a massive stink. Left the feedback with reception and they took the details but never botthered to contact us. Horrible experience and definitely not expected from IHG.

Room comfortable and apart from what I presume were the previous guests dirty socks and false eyelashes behind the bathroom door it was clean! Inside the hotel was quite modern and seemed recently refurbished, there was a crack through our bedroom window and the outside of the property and pool area could have done with an upgrade but overall a pleasant stay.
