Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival . When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which was finally given. I was also told that if I didn’t like the loud music I could leave and not check in. The restaurant staff was amazing and they looked after us very well

There isn’t a magnifying mirror as ladies like these to do our makeup with them ,other than that complimentary tea coffee soft drinks crisps and chocolate was lovely to find in the room.
