The hotel looks amazing and is in a great location, the rooms are tidy and appear well kept but the beds are a little small especially for America. The air conditioner appears to small for the room and at times struggled to cool. The Staff are very hot and miss some can be helpful but the majority are obnoxious, short, condesending and very dismissive of any questions,
strongly got the impression they don't like people who book on third party sites.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and absolutely love it. It’s small, location is great and perfect for us because we didn’t spend a lot of time in our hotel.
