The best yet-perfect staff, perfect stay!

I don’t know if I’ve had the perfect combination of convenience, proximity, professionalism, friendless, and an incredible room all in one stay. Grandezza ticks ALL the boxes. Cannot recommend enough-from the spacious room to the killer views to all the activities in and around d the hotel, it’s the perfect place for a day or two or three in Brno. 10/10 will stay again!

Ahmed is a true ambassador for the hotel and his personal care made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff is also very professional and efficient. The hotels sits right at one of the major squares on the old town and very walkable distance to all Major churches and places of interest

Great stay

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town with spectacular views of the main square and the cathedral. The hotel is in excellent condition, the room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small issue was the very firm bed; for me, it could have been a bit softer.

Just located at the Brno’s cabbage square, it’s so convenient to everywhere. The room is large, clean and quiet. The breakfast is the best I had lately, probably because their restaurant is one of the best in town.

Staff at check in was great. We did request to have our room cleaned daily but they only showed up once even when we had the “clean out room” sign out. At check out they also charged me for alcohol from the mini bar that I never used. The rooms and hotel are dated. It’s a nice hotel. I wouldn’t consider it luxury though.

Beautiful old building with nice rooms

Beautiful placement in the middle of Brno with really spacious and nice rooms. We enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant where they had great service with people who really know which wines fit your dinner. The shower was indeed quite low as some people remarked, but I just sat in the bathtub and relaxed. The people at the reception wete very nice!

Our stay at Grandezza was perfect from start to finish. The location is superb with lovely views of the cathedral, The staff are super friendly and professional, the room was so lovely and felt luxurious with high ceilings and a huge bed. The breakfast is delicious! There was only one downside and that waa having to leave this oasis! A must stay when in Brno

Grandezza Hotel Brno

We experienced an excellent 2-night stay at the Grandezza. I selected it for price and proximity to the main train station, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room faced the square where a farmers market is held daily. They arrived early, but we didn’t hear a thing. We also had a great view of the cathedral. The hotel and room were very clean, and robes and slippers were provided. This hotel is also within walking distance to all major attractions in Brno.

Not only is the location amazing, right in the middle of the historic downtown, but also the hotel itself is gorgeous. The architecture inside and outside is breathtaking. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a glass of Prosecco and then was taken to my room by a porter, Mr. Pavel. He was very warm and welcoming and the next day he even accompanied me to my means of transportation as my suitcase was heavy. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. View from the hotel room to a town square was pictoresque. In the morning fruit and vegetable vendors were opening their stalls there which just added to a relaxing morning atmosphere. Did I mention the little handmade piece of gold chocolate waiting on a nightstand? Well, that was the cherry on top of my experience.
