Overall nice hotel :)

Good for Business hotel, breakfast menu changed every day and taste also nice. Room condition is general but only have small trouble for draining water during my staying.

This is not a spa hotel. Sauna with huge window was very nice but only a little hot tub on the roof. The gym was good with lot of space and decent equipment.

Great hotel for business or holidays

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the value for money. We needed one night stopover and this hotel offered everything we needed hassle free parking comfortable beds, restaurant on site and room service. All the staff of the hotel is very pleasant and helpful. I will not hesitate to stay here again and hopefully will have time to use spa facilities next time.

Excellent hotel, just outside the centre.

We had one night here after flying in to Brno. We arrived around 1030 and were able to check in straight away. Parking is free. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the room very quiet. Its around 15 mins from the centre by tram, or 40 minutes on foot. The breakfast was really good, plenty if choice. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

+ services, staff, breakfast + clean rooms, comfortable bed + location of the hotel - close to city center, 10min walk or 5min by tram - a building remembers socialism, not a modern one - a room in 4* hotel should be provided with shoe cleaning sponge and slippers

Reception staff were extremely unprofessional. There was a gentleman and a lady on desk. They pointed out that was an error in my booking. I asked how to resolve, and I needed to pay an extra 500czk. This was OK, but what followed really was not. The staff then went on to accuse me repeatedly me that I had 2 extra children - as another room was checking out the same time as my family/pointing to 2 other kids over. They were were waiting with their own parents. It was incredibly awkward being put in a position to argue some random children are not yours during checkout. Honestly let down what would of been a good stay. My worst in over 100 Expedia bookings.

Fantastisk hotel i god beliggenhed. Nem at køre til. Fin lukket parkering. God service i reception. God restaurant med god mad og rimelige priser. Betjeningen kunne godt være lidt mere serviceminded. Morgenmad super og bare i orden.

Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist top. Die Sauna auf dem Dach ist sehr schön, aber der Whirlpool draußen ist etwas zu klein geraten. Könnte man weglassen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, könnt aber etwas weniger und dafür besser betreut sein, so dass man Verschwendung vermeidet.
