Outstanding. Stunning harbour views. Laid-back feel with friendly staff. Love the fact they don't mind you using the dining room for a takeaway and you can check in well before the usual 3-4pm, allowing you to make more of the arrival day. A bit of maintenance required (window catches, shower) but such a good place to stay it somehow doesn't matter...

The check-in was easy and simple. The rooms were very clean and spacious. And very cutely decorated the breakfast staff were amazing and the food was great. And the bonus of the parking on the key was absolutely amazing. The location of this property is excellent for walking down to the port and stumbling back after a few cocktails. We give this property five stars and I’ve been there twice before I would definitely recommend this to all our friends.

Wow what a place & wonderful stay. The best place I’ve ever stayed at. Greta service, rooms were immaculate with a stunning view. Upgraded rooms due to an issue but gave me plenty of notice. Breakfast was lovely with really friendly service. Will definitely be back

Lovely seaside retreat, perfect location and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and easy walking distance to the harbour. We had a harbour view room and the sunshine came through lovely late afternoon to enjoy whilst getting ready for the evening. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location overlooking the harbour at Brixham. The breakfast was excellent and our dog was also treated to a breakfast sausage. Loved the cafe on the otherside of the harbour. Excellent coffee and cakes.

Great view

Hosts were great, as was there service and hospitality. Breakfast was great, the view was great, location great. One niggle, room was quite small and needed a bit of tlc for the price we paid.
