Older renovated property in a downtown area near shops, entertainment, and good roads. Clean, good staff, renovated at some point, needs a bit of TLC as my sink area floor had a big chip that would cut a bare foot. My door safety lock was missing. No elevator that I saw. An exterior update is needed - it screams mid-century.

The staff was polite. The room had holes in the walls areas where the walls have been patched, but never painted graffiti on the inside of the door stickers on the headboard of the bed. Parts of the floor were loose and peeling. This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel.
