Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back
We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10.
We arrived fairly late on a very wet evening, straight from the airport and were welcomed very cheerfully and professionaly. Very cosy room and excellent dinner in the restaurant that is open later than many. The hotel is under the flight path from Bristol airport so maybe not ideal for a longer stay.
Everything about this property was lovely.. the staff amazing, chefs, waiters, bar staff all were happy in there job which was great to see and makes the visit even more enjoyable.. will definitely be returning..
Amazing country pub.
Room was beautiful with extra touches like earplugs and lavender drops for your pillow

For the price I cannot fault it. Kind friendly staff, clean, spacious, modern room. Would recommend
Good service, good room and good food. But as the rooms open directly onto the car park, general comings and goings combined with VERY early morning bin collections etc, made for a rather disturbed night's sleep.
I had high expectations for this accommodation and restaurant which unfortunately were not met. I don’t feel they offer good value and to justify the price, improvements are needed.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was much too hot with boiler placed in adjacent cupboard
All of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and we loved the decor. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The room was clean, well equipped and stylish. It was great having a sofa bed upstairs plus room to relax for my daughter.
Complimentary drinks on arrival were a nice touch and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast options were varied and they obviously used quality ingredients.
We didn’t have dinner in the pub but we did have drinks and these were reasonably priced.
The location was ideal for visiting Cheddar, Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare.
I would recommend to others and would happily stay again.
