I book online, w&en i get there they told me i was book a smoking room, im not sure, so if i want an nin smoking room i need to pay xtra 7 dlls, so i did because im tired, but its weird people who don smoke need to pay moremoney for that stay, thats insane!

The staff was very accommodating and were very welcoming. the rooms were pretty well kept. the only thing I’d like to be available is more trash bags to change the bags in the room and a location on where to put the trash bags that are full

Was not pleased with the condition of the bathroom. The toilet seat was not attached. The toilet paper holder was missing. The coffee maker was broken. There were also charging docks and they did not work either. Staff was friendly and efficient at check in and the room was clean and comfortable. Really does need some repairs though.

I stay at this Red Roof Inn most every time I stop in Abingdon. There are usually little things that aren't the best, but it's a budget hotel. This room (228) has a problem with the heating/A/C system: the fan won't stay off. The switch is bad. You can ease the knob into a position that turns off the fan, but then it moves and comes back on. I don't want the fan blowing all the time. They also should put a set-screw on the showed handle. It comes off in your hand if you pull on it at all.

Could be much cleaner. Mirrors very dirty along with bathtub. Parking lot not plowed covered in snow to where you couldn’t tell what was paved and what was grass.

It was a nice clean room which had been completely renovated. We had microwave and refrigerator. The towels and sheets were all nice. The bed was comfortable. And the guy who checked us in was amazing
