Nice and close to train station. Guy on reception not particularly welcoming sadly. Thankfully lady on checkout was lovely. Nice clean hotel.

We booked 2 rooms and although both were on the same floor they could not have been further apart. The bed was made each day but the tea and milk only replenished on one of the 3 days of our stay. If it wasnt that the hotel has its own car park we would probably stay elsewhere.

Highly reccomemd the bed was so comfortable. We got upgraded once we checked in. We only live in Bath but defiantly stay again if we fancy a night out in Bristol. The staff were very helpfull

Comfort with quality

I came here with my family for a quick stay and loved every bit of it. Not only the staff being super friendly, the location is ideal and everything is just around a short walk. The room size is okay but comfortable. We opted for their breakfast which was warm and lovely. Over all we loved our stay here.

Lovely room, bathroom is slightly on the small side. Adequate though. Parking underneath the hotel is brilliant - £16 for the night. No complaints whatsoever, we will definitely return.

A rea find.

A real find. Great value for money walking distance to the city. Quick and easy check in, very spacious and comfortable room and restaurant and bar on site which we used each evening. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Bristol.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced, in good location

I tend to always stay here when visiting Bristol as rates are reasonable and location is quiet but still close to all the activities. My only concern is navigating my way to the hotel due to all the one-way roads, bus lanes & raod closures but that's an issue with Bristol not Novotel
