Everything was very clean staff was great. Usually I avoid Ecolodges because they aren’t clean but this was one very good and cannot beat the price.

Kelly of the housekeeping staff really went above and beyond in helping us find a stepstool solution so my wife could get back up into our truck. Kelly also helped get her wheelchair into the room. Otherwise, our Accessible room was very clean, but didn't have a single USB outlet -- understandable with an older facility, but disappointing. The breakfast was pretty minimal (no fruit, the few pastries were somewhat stale, etc.), we had to find the coffee and make a new pot (staff nowhere to be seen) but at least the waffle machine worked. Maybe not the world's best motel, but then not the most expensive either.

We came for the race so weren't in the room much, but it wasn't very clean. Lots of fruit flies. The manager or owner was very friendly though.

Front desk staff was super friendly and courteous. I only stayed one night but if I stayed longer I would have complained. The floor was dirty and turned my bare feet or socks black. Curtains did not completely block light and light could be seen around the door. Quick stop yes, longer no.

I liked that this hotel was not far from either Abingdon or Damascus for my bike trip. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly good for a small space. I would prefer different tv channel options during breakfast though (cartoons over fox news!)
