The sofa bed was the sole complaint but because it was so springy and uncomfortable both children did not sleep well and neither did we because of the loud noise every time one of them moved! The staff at check in/check out, the bar, at breakfast and at the pool were super friendly and helpful.

Nice enough hotel although getting dated. Food was fine. Just the place badly needs a lift to the upper floors. Bwe managed but it spoilt the experience for a coupme with heart issues.

Staff were all very friendly at reception. The staff member on duty at the pool reception early (7 am) Sunday morning was more interested in watching his screen than talking to us.
