Business trip overnight stay

Place is a little tired but very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Room was old fashioned except for the bathroom but very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the food although a limited choice was gorgeous. I felt very looked after and relaxed.

Booked for location. Quite a nice hotel if a little tired. Staff very good. Parking limited when full. Annexe rooms could hear every creak from residents above. Breakfast average. Check in and out times very good. Good hotel for a couple of nights.

The evening meals were awesome - Steak, mushroom & ale pie was knockout!! Room 21 was large and well-resourced in an outside building next to the main house. No noise from other guests, although the doors do bang shut if not handled correctly. Large area to park in, so I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Property is very old. 350 years old. That is very cool. Close to castle, old church and old houses with thatched roofs. Other than that this hotel is very gar from everything. At least 25 min. While the experience was good. I would not choose to stay here again
