Once again had a great stay at The Westin Brisbane. The pool area is the best in Brisbane and you can't beat the location. Huge shoutout to Faye at the front desk, she is incredibly friendly, very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Staff like her make all the difference! Highly recommend for a relaxing city getaway. I was fortunate to be greeted by Aden when I checked in. He welcomed me and asked about my flight and asked if had I ever stayed in a Westin before. I mentioned I spent almost 3 months at The Westin in Malaysia on business and was very happy. Aden surprised me by upgrading my stay. I was in Brisbane to attend my son’s wedding. Both the room and amenities were beyond my expectations. All staff I interacted with - from room service, housekeeping and valet truly make wonderful ambassadors for The Westin.

Breakfast wasn’t applicable. Rooms and hotel smell and look lovely. Presents very well and the location for the star, Southbank and city restaurants is amazing. Staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. Valet can be a pain if it’s busy due to the driveway but staff are always quick to assist. Bar on ground has nice snacks and drinks are served fast and efficiently.
