This place exceeded our expectations. Great value for the money. Only issue is that noise from the restaurant carried up to our room, but not so much as to disturb our sleep.

Bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. Noisy neighbours kept us up till almost 4 a.m.. Rooms had common door where noise came through.

Good location on kangaroo point. Decent kitchenette where we were able to make meals. Staff were helpful and friendly. It’s functional and clean. There was some noise in our room as we were right above reception (room 15) / the restaurant and bar so noise later ant night and cleaning started at 7AM so no chance to lie in. Other than that the stay was good.

I basically just slept one night so not able to make comments about transport, closeness to shops, entertainment, restaurants. BUT reception was friendly, helpful. On site free Parking a definite bonus. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy
