Reception staff kind and helpful. Clean and tidy building and foyer. Apartment a bit tired in need of some repair in kitchen and more lighting in bathroom. Glassware not nice at all and crockery basic Comfortable stay though. Great bed and pillows. No umbrella or bottle opener.,very close to Wesley Hospital but a walk up "cardiac" hill for a few minutes no good if knee, back or mobility issues.

Big uphill walk to the train station. Apartment needs updating. Construction going on outside. Slippery tiles at the entrance. No clear signs out the front to find the tower we were staying in. Not enough toilet paper, or sugar in the room. Balcony was great and kitchen was roomy.

Great location and security. We were in a two bed apartment with a great lay out and plenty of space with a well supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook and clean. The only thing was it was very dated it could do with a make over. The other thing was each of the two bathrooms had smells coming from the floor drains, not very pleasant at all.

Rooms were spacious and in a great location with lovely views. Property was very tired and needs a good makeover and refurbish but the staff seemed to be aware of this.

Apartment was reasonable. I had to request a coffee plunger delivered promptly, then the next day an extra blanket and a hand towel. Lack of a hair dryer on the final morning as we were about to leave was very frustrating.

what a shame! What used to be a great hotel has Really gone downhill. Our room had a sewerage smell coming out of the kitchen sinks, a toilet that didn’t flush, blinds that fell to the ground when trying to open them )and held onto the wall by a nail file and fork) and insufficient cooling with only small fans in the bedrooms ( the aircon was only good for the lounge area). Whilst the pool area was great and views stunning the overall unit cleanliness was extremely poor and the stench was intolerable. Furnishings we’re also very dated and couch covers full of holes. We’re still trying to work out why their was a gaming chair on the deck? Overall very poor experience and unfortunately when checking out 4 other people were also giving a list and photos of their unclean apartments, so it seems to be a common issue across the hole hotel. Felt sorry for the reception staff. It’s not there fault, management really has let the place down and it’s a train wreck… avoid!

Most amazing shower and water pressure in rooms , close to shops if needed There is a large hill if staying at Wesley hospital but Ubers and cabs were close to help if u couldn’t get up the hill , coming down hill was fine - bit of road noise but highly recommend if u have someone having surgery at Wesley can’t get much closer

Internet was patchy at first but they were quick to investigate and improve it. Room needed a tee towel and a bit more info about what room services were available. Staff were friendly and professional.
